***Before sending any emails to the Webmasters, please read the following frequently asked questions.***

Q: I registered on the forum, so why didn't I get an activation email?
A: The two most common reasons for not getting an activation email are entering the wrong email address or the activation email going into your spam folder. If you did enter the wrong email address then you will have to register again using the correct email.

Q. Why can't I login to the forum?
A. If you're sure you've entered the correct username and password, but still can't login, then the problem is usually caused by old cookies stored in your web browser. The best way to fix this is to either go into your browser preferences and delete all cookies, or try using a different web browser.

Q: I am under 13. How do I fax you my parent's permission so my forum account can be activated?
A: We don't have a fax number, but all you have to do is get one of your parents to sign or print their name on the permission form and then email a copy of it to the address at the bottom of this page.

Q: Can you tell me where I can find Burton's early short films?
A: The only short films that are currently available to purchase are Vincent and Frankenweenie (which are on The Nightmare Before Christmas DVD) and Aladdin and His Wonderful Lamp, which was released as a separate DVD in Shelly Duvall's Faerie Tale Theatre series. As for his early student films, such as Stalk of the Celery Monster, clips of them have been seen on various documentaries but the complete films have yet to be released to the public, unfortunately. Q. Can I use images on your site for my school/college project?
A. You're welcome to use the images found on our site for educational purposes at no cost. All that we ask is that you please credit The Tim Burton Collective for them.

Q. Can you help me get in touch with Tim?
A. Sorry, we have no direct contact with Mr. Burton. We’re fans like you. There are some contact details at the bottom of the biography page, but we can't guarantee you will receive any response from them, as they may be out of date.

Q. Can you help me write an essay about Tim and his films?
A. We aren’t here to help you with your homework. However, we will carry on adding articles and links to the site which will offer a wealth of information.

Q. Do you know any good Tim Burton sites?
A. There are several other good Burton sites that can be found either in our links section or by searching on Google. However, our hope is to make the Collective the number one website for all Burton fans.

Q. Can I submit my work or some news to the Collective?
A. We welcome any Burton-related articles and artwork or news articles that people would like to share with us. Just email the contact address at the bottom of the page.

Q. Will you be adding more multimedia content to the site?
A. Yes. We will continue to add screencaps to our image gallery, as well as new features like desktop wallpaper in the future.

Q: Who is this "Anton Phibes"?
A: One of the webmasters, a legend in his own time.

Q: Is it true that Tim Burton used to wrestle in the WWF under the name "The Hair"?
A: Tim Burton Collective does not wish to comment on this matter at current time.
