Edward Scissorhands 15th anniversary DVD and site update
Hard to believe, but it's been fifteen years since Burton and Depp first collaborated on this fairytale classic. To celebrate, 20th Century Fox are releasing a new collectible tin anniversary edition. While it doesn't seem to contain any extras that weren't available on the previous DVD, the tin box and six photos included make it a great buy for those who don't already own the film, or obsessed completists (you know who you are). It's out in November, but you can pre-order the DVD from Amazon.

I love Edward Scissorhands to bits. It's my favourite movie! Soooooooooooo getting it, like, when it comes out!

Hey thanks for posting this, this is my favourite movie of all time; it's the reason I started acting, because I know what its like to feel like an outcast, and Depp brought so much livelihood and uniqueness to his role that, at the tender age of 5, I just knew I had to become an actress. Thanks for posting this again; no doubt I'll be buying it on Nov 8!

This is great. Edward Scissorhands was the first Tim Burton film I saw. This dvd will make a great addition to my collection. I will try to buy it on Nov.8(along with Charlie and the Cocolate Factory, which comes out the same day). Thanks a lot for this.
It's great that you added two new bios to the Regulars section. I was getting tired of waiting. When will you have bios on Deep Roy,Helena Bonham Carter and Danny DeVito?
My God...! I am so happy (I know what I'm saying is stupid but it's because of emotion ;-) ), I've waited a long time for that kind of edition..and the cover is just...beautiful, I'm very pleased that they have chosen the one with the butterfly, it introduces perfectly the poetry of the film : the first that have made me cry !

yay! i love that movie! edward scissorhands is one of the single best movies i ever saw. it was the second tim burton movie i ever saw! nightmare before christmas was fist of course... but i love edward too! i must go get the movie now.

this is the same as the last edition, just with different cover art. Am I the only one noticing this?
