CatCF August 26 - 28 weekend box office
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory fell out of the top ten at the North American box office this weekend, but still earned another $2.6 million, pushing it's total to a dreamy $197 million. It's worldwide total is now an even more incredible $309 million! A nice birthday present for Burton, who turned 47 on August 25th.

Have yo ever noticed that the amount of money gets lower with each coming week? With only 2.6 million made right now, I don't see how Sept.1 will give it a boost. But it still could happen. When the new movies come out, the old ones make less money because there are more movies to see. Don't get me wrong, I still think its one of Tim's best movies, but how long can it last among the new stuff.
Com'on, Timmy! Lets break the $200 million mark!!! ^___^
